XPertBio XP-RESA™ Fixed-Bed Process is designed to retrofit existing conventional hydrotreatment Plants:

• A proven process with running plants.
• Designed to retrofit with low capital cost and short revamping time.
• Proprietary catalyst with water and acid resistance to ensure long operation cycles between changeouts.
• HVO yields up to 85% depending on feedstock.
• Operated without pretreatment with total metal up to 200ppm.
• Fresh feed to circulating oil ratio up to 2:1 (2 portions of fresh feedstock with 1 portion of circulating oil).
